Terms of Service

ItOrix is a Discord application operated by Victor Gomez (“the Operator”) under the itgomez by corrupcionve brand. The bot is branded ORIX; the website and dashboard are branded ItOrix.

The Service lets you manage Discord servers through automations, moderation, tickets, messaging, leveling, and other features described on the site or in the dashboard.

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and meet Discord’s minimum age in your region. You are responsible for activity under your Discord account and for who you grant dashboard administration rights on each server.

Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth. Do not share your session or allow unauthorized people to configure the bot on your server.

ItOrix offers different service tiers per server:

• Free plan: core features with usage limits per the matrix published on the site.
• Pro plan: includes Pro features and limits. Does not include Premium-only features.
• Premium plan: includes all Pro features plus Premium-only features (e.g. custom bot profile and custom bot, as available).

Specific limits (panels, embeds, active modules, etc.) are those shown on the pricing page and dashboard at the time of purchase. The Operator may adjust limits or add features, while avoiding unjustified downgrade of paid entitlements during an active paid period.

Paid plans may be activated by submitting a request to the team (e.g. via the Discord server linked on the site), subject to approval, or through online payment methods when available.

Unless stated otherwise on the site, plan requests may be reviewed manually. Activation on a server linked to your account takes effect after Operator confirmation or payment confirmation, depending on the channel used.

Prices, billing cycles (monthly or annual), and discounts are shown on the pricing page. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period is activated, except when the Operator expressly authorizes a refund or there is a billing error attributable to the Service.

You must provide accurate contact and payment information. Non-payment, improper chargebacks, or abuse of the request system may result in suspension or downgrade of the affected plan.

You may transfer ORIX dashboard ownership of a server link to another authorized user. On transfer, the server may move to the Free plan and Pro or Premium settings may be reverted, as described in the dashboard.

ORIX transfer does not change Discord server ownership; it only affects who manages bot configuration in our Service.

You agree not to use ItOrix to:

• Violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or Discord’s Terms.
• Send spam, malware, illegal content, harassment, threats, or material that sexualizes minors.
• Circumvent plan limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with Service infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the dashboard or bot as your own service without written Operator authorization.
• Abusively automate the API or intentionally overload systems.

The Operator may suspend or limit access, remove features, or stop serving a server if abuse or risk to the platform or other users is detected.

Each server’s administrators are responsible for content published through the bot (messages, embeds, images, logs, ticket transcripts, etc.) and for obtaining any required community permissions under applicable law.

ItOrix is a technical tool; it does not editorially control your community’s messages except through rules and filters you configure.

Code, design, ItOrix/ORIX branding, documentation, and Service materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the bot and dashboard under these Terms.

You retain rights to content you or your server provide (text, images, settings). You grant the Operator a license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

ItOrix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features, limits, or Discord integrations without prior notice, while seeking to minimize disruption.

Discord may change its API, permissions, or policies at any time; some bot features may be affected beyond the Operator’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Total Operator liability for Service-related claims is limited, where permitted by law, to fees paid for the affected server’s plan in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you only used the Free plan.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and revoking OAuth access in Discord.

The Operator may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. For active paid plans, we will consider proportional adjustments where required by applicable law.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy on the website. By using ItOrix, you confirm you have read it.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Material changes may be communicated via the site, dashboard, or support server. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

For disputes arising from the Service, the parties submit to the competent courts in Venezuela, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
