The data controller and Service operator is Victor Gomez (“the Operator”), who develops and operates ItOrix and the ORIX bot under the itgomez by corrupcionve brand.

This policy applies to:

• The ORIX Discord bot installed on third-party servers.
• The ItOrix website and management dashboard, including Discord login.
• Configurations, automations, and logs generated by Service features (moderation, tickets, welcomes, leveling, custom profiles, etc.).

We collect only the data needed to operate, configure, and improve the Service. Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Discord account data: user ID (snowflake), username, avatar, locale, and list of servers you can manage, obtained via OAuth with the scopes you authorize (e.g. identify and guilds).
• Server data: guild ID, name, icon, timezone, language, and dashboard preferences.
• Configuration data: module settings (welcomes, auto roles, ticket panels, scheduled messages, commands, dashboard permissions, etc.).
• Moderation logs: when enabled, we may record actions such as ban, kick, or timeout, including the moderator, affected user, reason, log channel, and timestamp.
• Ticketing data: ticket content, support channel or thread messages, metadata (ticket type, status, assigned staff), ratings, and transcripts when enabled.
• Custom profile (Premium plan): nickname, bio, avatar and banner images you upload, and status/activity configured for the bot identity on your server.
• Subscription data: active plan per server (Free, Pro, or Premium), billing cycle, validity, plan requests, and links between your account and linked servers.
• Technical data: error logs, API events, approximate IP address, and session data required for security and diagnostics.

ItOrix does not ask for your Discord password. We do not sell your personal information. We do not access private direct message content except through explicit interactions with the bot (e.g. a command or ticket you or your community initiates).

The Operator is not responsible for data that server administrators choose to publish in channels, embeds, logs, or transcripts through bot configuration.

We use data to:

• Provide the Service: run commands, automations, panels, and settings you enable.
• Authenticate and authorize dashboard access based on your Discord account and server permissions.
• Manage Free, Pro, and Premium plans, usage limits, and subscription requests.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
• Communicate with you about plan requests, support, or relevant Service changes.
• Comply with legal obligations when applicable.

Legal bases may include contract performance, your consent (e.g. OAuth authorization or enabling logs), the Operator’s legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and legal compliance.

A server’s active plan determines which features are available, not the minimum data required to run the base bot.

Pro or Premium-only features (e.g. advanced ticketing, message builder components, or custom profile) may involve additional categories listed in section 3 when enabled by server administrators.

We may share limited data with providers that help us operate ItOrix, under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes stated:

• Discord Inc.: the Service integrates with the Discord API; your use is also subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, databases, and file storage (e.g. custom profile images).
• Payment processors (current or future, such as Stripe): if you activate a paid plan, the processor may receive billing data; the Operator does not store full card numbers.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising.

We retain data while you keep the bot on your server, your account remains linked to the dashboard, or as needed to provide the Service. Moderation, ticket, and audit logs are kept according to server configuration and operational needs.

If you remove the bot or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize associated information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we must retain it for legal obligations or dispute resolution.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access control, encrypted communications, secure credentials, and role-based dashboard permissions). No system is 100% secure; we recommend protecting your Discord account and limiting who can administer ItOrix on each server.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, or request portability of your personal data.

To exercise your rights, email mastervictor2156@gmail.com with your Discord ID and, if applicable, the server ID. You may also reach us on the ItOrix support server on Discord.

We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also revoke OAuth access from authorized applications in your Discord settings.

ItOrix is intended for users who meet Discord’s age requirements (13+ or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that threshold.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. In such cases, we apply reasonable safeguards to protect information in line with this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. We will publish the current version on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
